I’ve been using De La Cruz 5% Sulfur Ointment specifically to target occasional cystic acne, and it’s one of those products that actually does what it claims — without feeling too harsh on my skin. I apply it directly to the trouble spots before bed, and by morning the redness and swelling are noticeably reduced. This is the only face mask I use! I STRUGGLED with cystic acne for my entire middle school and high school years. After hearing about this mask on social media, I thought why not give it a try. LET ME TELL YOU! The BEST and only facial I use now. When I feel or see a pimple coming, I do a facial, sometimes the next day or the day after- that pimple dries up. When I pop a pimple, I sanitize the pimple w rubbing alcohol and then place this mask on for 10 minutes- I found this method affective for my skin and prevents the pimple from coming back or spreading. I know a lot of people are against putting alcohol on your face, but this method works best for my skin/ pimples- may not work for everyone but I love it. Make sure to moisturize your skin after washing off the mask. Yes it smells like eggs, but it does wonders for my acne and that's why I keep repurchasing it! I wish I had a picture of my cystic acne before using this to prove how much this works but I was so self-conscious and deleted all my "bad acne days"

This is a GREAT product and does work for getting rid of acne, however I have ordered this product 5 or more times now and find it to be very inconsistant-sometimes it smells very strong of sulfur and works excellent, sometimes the sulfur smell is very faint and I feel the product still works but not as well-other times the container is not filled to the top however this time my container was overflowing almost BUT there is hard dried clumps of the product through out it. So when I am applying it I will have to take tweezers and remover the clumps or tey to catch them before the product is on my face. I love this product so I will continue to buy it, it is just I never know what version of it I am going to get so I always buy the smallest size because I do not want to get a large one and be stuck with a version I am not completely happy with.

Ok, I admit it. I was skeptical. But holy moly this stuff is freaking amazing. I heard about it from Dermarkologist on Facebook. Two days of using and whammo it knocked out the blemish. My skin didnt dry out nor did it irritate my rosacea. Would absolutely repurchase.

I have only used this twice now, and both times after washing off and finishing my routine, my eyes began to burn. Not sure if its from the strong fragrance this gives off or what. The smell is VERY strong, i wash my face twice a day and the smell lingers for a day or two after I use still, not to mention it stays on my towels and pillow. It does have a bit of an exfoliation to it, so my skin does look and feel nice after using. The first time I used, my skin was pretty clear the next morning. The second time, it didnt look as dull but did not clear up all my breakouts. I will stick to using only when absolutely needed for the reasons above, or perhaps as a spot treatment vs whole face mask.

I wish I had a before photo but I had been struggling with a small persistent cluster under the skin red bumps on my cheek. I had been trying to treat with retinol and AHA/BHA with no luck. I have used this two nights now and I am so happy!!! My skin is glowing and there is a significant decrease in the red bumps on my cheek. 10/10 would recommend!

January 2022 was the first time in my life I had acne and it took me some time to get to know its type. It was fungal acne and with some research on the internet, I found Nizoral shampoo. I used it continuously from February up until March-end. It definitely worked wonders and reduced fungal acne big time but new acnes were still coming every now and then. Again some research on the internet helped me discover De La Cruz's 10% Sulfur Ointment and after a lot of contemplation (as I don't like to use many products on my skin, it's sensitive), I ordered this. It has been close to a week using this and I have observed a significant improvement in my skin. No new acne has appeared so far. It does dry the skin so I have refrained from using it all over my face, instead, I apply it on the acne head.

Any bumps under the skin, after a few nights applying its gotten smaller. Very happy.

Excelente producto. Funciona de maravilla, desinflama y ayuda a que se “absorban” los granos horrible e incrustados en unos cuantos días. El olor que tiene a azufre es fuerte pero con sus excelentes resultados es totalmente tolerable. Además es económico y el bote dura muchísimo.
