The product came with a thank you note and instructions on how to contact them including a statement that if anything is damaged, they'll send replacement parts upon receiving a photo of the broken/missing pieces. This has helped assure me that they do care about their customers satisfaction.However, the item came fully intact for me. There were no damages and was shipped with care. The instructions are easy to read and they labelled each piece with a sticker so you know which piece is which with ease.Easy to assemble and very sturdy. It's a relief to finally have somewhere to store my collection of DVDs. Perfect size and height. Picture for demonstration purposes of how many DVDs you can fit on the shelves with ample space for another layer of DVDs in front of the first layer.The product also arrived a day early which was a pleasant surprise. I could not be happier with the purchase.

Bought this cabinet as I needed some extra storage quickly. The reviews seemed mixed with some people saying parts were damaged on arrival and that the quality was poor, and others saying how good and sturdy it was. Well, it was ALL true! Let me explain: The cabinet was packed very poorly and a number of the pieces had chips but thankfully only one piece needed to be replaced (I could hide all the other chips at the back). I contacted the company and they sent a replacement part without any problems. It just caused a delay, which was a pain. The cabinet is not great quality but that said it has formed a sturdy piece and looks better than I thought it would. I'm dubious about how it will fair if I ever dismantle and re-erect it though. I think the price of £66 is a little much for what it is but I am happy with my purchase, as it was easy to assemble and has made a good feature display for my husband's LEGO!

It arrived in perfect condition, all pieces lined up and nothing damaged. Went together easily, slotting the top onto the bottom via pins was so easy. It is not as strong as a lot of units, but if you only put paperbacks or some ornaments on there, no problem. As the bottom space on the unit has the top of the base unit, then that is stronger than the rest, so hardbacks or heavier objects could be put on there. They say, you get what you pay for, but in this instance I think you get more. It is well made and if I had the room, I would buy more of them. It is superb.

The item can't be assembled, it's missing all the screws and assembling parts. There is only wood inside the pack. The instruction says that the screws should be in, but not.

When I first got this bookshelf in, it had a few cosmetic scratches, some of them quite badly. I contacted the seller and within the day they replied and send me a replacement for the requested part.Assembling the bookshelf was easy, the provided instructions were good. It did wobble a little on the carpet, but that was also easily resolved. I now have the bookshelf up and it is perfect, exactly what I wanted and very reasonably priced. After assembling, some of the minor scratches (for which I didn't request a replacement) aren't very visible at all.Customer service was quick to reply and friendly all the way through to the end.Very happy overall and would recommend if you're looking for a reasonably priced bookshelf!

Its a nice cupboard looks lovely and its easy to assemble but I found the instructions worse than useless, the screws can split the mdf. Because I was suprised to get wood so cheap. If your going to argue with me and say its wood, I will say its wood pulp, on a veener so you need to be more specific when your stating something is wood. Look they where reasonably priced and you get what you pay for and to be honest they will do the job. But just be aware your getting wood pulp I am sure thats MDF not a joiner or a carpenter but I know wood when I see it. I know the price difference and the weight comparison.

Theses units are very good, I have brought 4 in total and they are simple to put together. Nice and sturdy with a smart finish!

Item went missing at the couriers after a week. Spoke to seller and they arranged another one which got delivered within 48hrs, brilliant customer service.Item is lovely, what I wanted and perfect size for my needs. Easily to put up and very sturdy.
