It’s perfect. Strong outside and soft inside. It didn’t fit my tv and I needed to return it. I’ll definitely buy it in the future if I have that size of monitor.

Really like these cases. This is the 3rd one I've ordered so we'd have one for each of our companys TV's. They are the perfect size for our 32" tv's. They come with so much thick cushioning foam inside too. A super plus in my opinion is the cover being attached to the case to prevent it falling to the ground when you open the case up. The strapping is solid and strong and rivetted to the case, ensuring long wear. Very durable and fits our needs perfectly. Also want to mention this case is has a long handle strap, but also a grab handle for carrying. Its fairly light-weight, even with the TV in it. Additionally, shipping was quite quick...few days and I had it.

This was a great item to purchase. The item arrived with a broken strap. I think one of the straps was broken during shipping. I plan to reach out to the vendor about a replace since the strap is mounted to the tv case. The vendor has good reviews and I would recommend this item.

This has been an amazing protector for my 32" trade-show TV/monitor. I check this as regular baggage when I fly to trade shows where my company is exhibiting. It is much less expensive than renting TV/monitors and pays for itself in rental savings within a couple of shows. It fell out of the back of an Uber SUV the other day and crash-landed on the pavement. Zero damage to the case or the TV/monitor!

1 if 2 clips broke on the first shipment which was on a pallet and wrapped. The second trip it completely collapsed and caused a large crack in the tv, again this was on a wrapped pallet. Do not buy it. For trade shows either buy cheap TV's and donate them or pay the thousand dollars for a high level storage container. This will not last. Could not give negative stars.

This case is a major disappointment. I have a standard Samsung 27 inch monitor that fits ok. I needed to add some extra protection because on its own it would be too loose. The big issue is the design of the lid, clips, and carrying handle. As soon as you pack your case and pick it up, all of the weight is transferred to the two small plastic quick release buckles. They do not hold. They pop open 10 times out of 10. Because I was rushing to get out of town I had to run to Target on the way to the airport and buy two luggage straps to completely wrap around the case and the lid so that it would stay shut and hold my monitor. All in all it did the job and protected the monitor. However, I expect much more from a brand like Gator, especially at this price. I honestly could have purchased a new monitor and had it drop shipped to my location in its original packaging for a fraction more..then I'd have ended up with a nice new monitor, rather than a bum case.

I use this case for transporting TVs to events via car. I don't plan to use this case for flights. Look at the product photos carefully before you buy. The case that I bought only has handles on the narrow sides. No long side handle and no wheels. Previous cases I've seen have built-in wheels and a handle. This one unfortunately does not. Since the case comes without wheels, I decided to install casters on the side of the case myself. I was hoping that swivel wheels would give me more mobility, but I recommend instead getting wheels in a fixed position if you go this route. There is plenty of foam on the inside, so casters with a 3" thread will fit in the foam without puncturing it. For the price, I wish Gator had kept their design consistent.
