I had come to dread doing any kind of pan frying because even with oil, everything stuck on so bad and cleaning the pans was a nightmare. Time for a new pan! So glad I bought this one!! It's very light, a fried egg slides around and I was even able to effortlessly brown my tofu in it. Clean up is easy; I use a soft rag or sponge and it cleans with minimal effort. It's also beautiful to look at! I love the taupe color along with the creamy porcelain interior. Beautiful! Gorgeous! Will order more!!

Awesome pan for eggs and pancakes no oil needed. Use a gentle spatula not a metal one. Wipe clean don't use abrasive sponge. Didn't have a smell when using first time I'm happy

It's light, and works well. Good color and the size works great for 1-2 people!

Great look. No eggs or food sticking

This is my first pan from carote, I love the color, love that it’s non stick. It’s easy to use and clean. Out the package I did see a couple nicks on the rim of the pan, and one in the center, I’m hoping it’s not a big deal or cause problems later.

Love it. Perfect size for single portions. Did scrambled eggs today with no butter or oil. Lid is nice and heavy, clean up was a breeze. This will get used a lot.
