Good Product, Installation was smooth.Service offered was good by the customer care and technician who had come to install, appreciate the follow up. Talking about the print, scan and xerox is good and easy to use.

Product has a lot of cons and didn’t receive the smart watch
The media could not be loaded. The HP 585 printer is average. Prints photos and documents but not as expected. You need to install hp smart and hp print service for android. Print speed is very slow and takes a lot of time to print wirelessly. Sometimes shows error and cancels. Hp customer care is not helpful.There is no option of changing waste ink pad after it gets full after sometime.....Most imp….HP is not giving the watch even after filling form and registering the printer online. They are asking for a invoice in which the serial number is written but amazon doesn’t provide such invoice. This is a scam which HP is doing. Don't buy this printer over other printer just because its giving smart watch free.Posting review after 3 month of UsePrinter is not very good. I DO NOT recommend. Hp technicians DON'T COME to help u out if you have a problem. Sometimes the printer can create a problem or cancel the prints (happened with me) and u will have to troubleshooting yourself. Even if there is full ink both colors and black, white lines come when u print as shown in photo on all 3 colors. I make sure to print twice weekly but still its happening. Cannot print duplex. Has problem loading photo paper. While printing photos on a photo paper the photo comes out good but the color fades away in a couple of months when the photo is kept together.There is no option of selecting alternate page while printing from ipad. One needs a pc for that.No waste inkpad , so basically might have to throw away the printer after a few years.Given 5 star else amazon not showing on top. Prospective buyer should know the cons.

Long-Term Review After 6 Months of Use - Extremely Disappointed
I’ve been using this printer for over six months now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The performance has been nothing short of frustrating. The biggest issue is the paper jams, they happen constantly, making it nearly impossible to complete a simple print job without significant hassle.Each attempt to print takes me at least 15–20 minutes, involving multiple retries, wasted paper, and a lot of trial and error. Despite using the recommended GSM paper and following every guideline, the problem persists. It’s clear this is a design or hardware flaw rather than user error.Overall, this printer has been a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend it to anyone. It’s a poorly engineered product that fails at the most basic task: printing reliably.

Expired warranty printer received
Received expired warranty printer. On registration on HP found that warranty already expired.Amazon, kindly support for extended warranty card if you do not wish to take it back
