Easy to germinate.
So far, so good. Worth the wait. I doubled how many they said to plant and got good results. I didn't pre-soak the seeds, but I did cover the planter for the first week to keep them moist. I've added photos from day 1 and day 15. The Shishitos are the tall ones on the left.Update 4/22The pants did so well, I had to give some away. I kept 4 and picked my first harvest today. There are still small ones on the plants and plenty more flowering. :)

Zero germination rate.
I first tried to germinate 12 of the seeds in Rapid Rooter grow plugs. I got a zero germination rate. I then tried the wet paper towel method of seed germination for the remaining seeds in the batch and also got a zero germination rate. I suppose these seeds may need specific care to germinate, but other pepper and vegetable seeds all germinated well in my setup. I can not recommend these seeds based on my experience. I'd love to hear how others were able to get these seeds to work.

I experienced a very low germination rate, 19%, with these seeds....I did not pre soak the seeds but used my standard method for pepper seeds and typically I get 90% germination rates on pepper seeds...

so far okay
Last week I planted 8 seeds (I didn't pre-soak, I just put them into soil) and so far I have 2 strong seedlings. For the price of the seeds and the decent results so far, I'm happy and optimistic.Update: Five months after germination, I have one very healthy plant almost two feet tall and bushy with baby peppers. Not the best germination rate, but a successful plant. Sadly though it's more of a Thai chili and definitely not a shishito.

Don't waste your money and time
None of my seeds came up. We started them indoors and they got plenty of sun, absolutely nothing. I contacted the seller three times and again, nothing. Save yourself some money and buy a plant locally.
