Hi ,ingredients are sugar, slimmed milk powder, black tea extract cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, black peppers and glove , I prefer the unsweetened packets my other half prefers the sweetened ones , hope this helps , can be found in large Tesco stores for £1.99 box of 10 sachets

Have purchased this 10x times now! Just luv it (obviously!) Tastes light yet strong - i like mine strong as,for me, there's a.pepper feeling when swallowed.The boxes i buy have 10 separate sachets, so that's 10 cups of tea! In the sachet is everything, milk powder, etcIs it value for money ... i like it so, but it's not cheap compared to leaf teas.Amazon always great. Packing sometimes could be better. A couple of times the boxes have been crushed, the sachets are fine, none popped open.Forgot - i buy the UNSWEETENED ones the Sweetened ones are too sweet for me. Enjoy!
