Do not buy horrible material and design
This bike was one of the worst investments I’ve ever made. While I’m peddling the tires are so big on this that it will touch your foot mid pedal causing risk for something to break on your foot. Next the cheap crappy material this bike is horrible even though it has full suspension my pedal broke and I haven’t even had it for a day. Whoever designed this clearly wasn’t smart enough to find all the problems with it do not order you can find something else for cheaper bringing up the expensive price for this horrible bike do not buy

Good but depends
Bikes good. Definitely worth the price. However, parts like pedals and tools to fix together are missing. Apart from that, it’s the best deal. Missing pedals didn’t annoy me much cause I bought clipless pedals. If for the pedals provided, I would never had the urge to buy them and have great time with the bike.

Engineering let down.
You get what you pay for, not more. The rear shock is an engineering mistake, when a heavy rider sits on it or even a light rider jumps on it, the frame hits itself even before the shock runs out of travel. Expect to have to replace everything on it except maybe the frame. The brakes also need to be replaced with hydraulic ones. Because they currently brake lightly( all the way tightend down). Then when you least expect it after a fast stop the wheel wants to stay locked up.

Not A Good Investment
Totally disappointed with this purchase. First of all I was charged a shipping fee which was to free according to Amazon. Bike arrived and first problem was getting the seat installed; connector was not round to accept the seat pole so had to be reshaped to fit. Chain kept popping off so had to work on the derailer but got it together. Gears would not shift; found a bent brake caliper in the back so got that going. Grandson rode his new bike to school and several days later the bike pedal fell off; piece at top of the assembly had split apart. we now have an unusable bike and an unhappy grandson with a birthday present that can't be used. Thoroughly disgusted!

Good bike but with two flaws, one of them is a big one
Solid bike frame and rims. The Shimano shifters are an amazing improvement over the twist shifters. My son complained about his hands on the other bike, but with these smooth Shimano shifters, not a complaint over many days of riding. The seat is adjustable and plenty high for his riding style. Disc brakes are more functional than the rim squeezing old style (although they only perform good and I expected better. Maybe they need more time to "break" in. LOL) Now for the not so good. 1) The front forks. When you apply the brakes, the outer fork tube moves/rocks. There is too much gap between the outer fork tube and inner shaft. The design is poor. The inside shaft should fit well and be lubricated, but that is not the case. The forks work 'ok', but I'm concerned that the gap will only get worse over time, and you can feel a little 'clank' when you hit the front brakes when the outer fork moves and hits the inner shaft. 2) This is a "do not buy again" for us. The foot pedals are so close to the front tire that your FEET HIT THE FRONT TIRE if you're pedaling and trying to turn at the same time. This is yet another design problem. The front tire needs to be about 3" further forward to allow clearance from the riders' feet. I need to also state that I wear a size 12 and my son (a young teenager) wears size 11. But still, it's not like the tips of our toes are hitting the tire. There simply should be more clearance. Hope that information helps anyone who is thinking about purchasing this bike. Happy trails!

Package missing parts and instructions
I got this bike, hoping for it to be complete when we were here other than basic assembly it did not have the pedals, nor did it have instructions on how to assemble the bicycle. Put it together, stealing pedals from another bicycle. Contacted the dealer no response. Bike is very cheaply made of course you get what you pay for bearings do not have cages. I do not believe there’s bearings in the crank assembly at all. But the grandson likes the bike. Already had to replace the front derailer shifter very poorly made would not stay in third. We are keeping it not sending it back, but having to replace parts within a month is pretty sad.
