These are my go to easy meal for work! I buy ten a month and keep them in my drawer at work. I can easily assemble a sandwich or just eat it with a fork out of the pouch if I forget to bring bread! Tuna salad shouldn't taste this good coming out of a foil bag, but this is the best. You can spread it on bread, or eat it out of the bag. Very fast and handy on busy days at work.

First off, the consistency was very good. It's what I fail at when making tuna salad from scratch at home. Secondly, it was bland and the water chestnuts added a kinda sour flavor to it like a lot of Chinese foods taste to me. Thirdly, I added salt and pepper to it and fixed it right up. Fourthly, the twelve pack is a really good bargain. There is enough tuna in one packet to make a decent sandwich. All in all, I liked it. The punching up I had to do to it did not detract from the connivence and overall value.
