I wouldn't recommend. Had a very bad experience due to house shifting I purchased it thinking it to be in my budget and to take back more stuff from home I had to go back to bombay from Goa in the mean time the return date was gone bcoz I didn't get time to open n check, the person who came to fix was rude n then I had to pay extra charges n get it fixed from a carpenter. The bed is not at all sturdy n strong. It's just fixed and kept. I am looking for someone to purchase it bcoz it's of no use to me. Very low grade n very low in ht. Queen size white bed . Bed size is 78x60 but matress size would fit in 72x 60 due to the storage on top. I am glad I didn't buy a matress yet bcoz I am looking to return it of someone could purchase as I need a 78 x 60 bed size as well as matress size.

Initially, I faced a disappointing experience with this bed. The product was delivered on 4th September, and during the scheduled assembly on 6th September, the technician declared it defective and cancelled the assembly on the spot. For days, the unassembled bed was lying in my house, and I was not getting any clear response from customer care, which left me quite frustrated. However, later I received a direct call from Matterhorn, and they immediately took responsibility. They sent their own team, who properly assembled the bed and confirmed that it was in perfect condition (contrary to what the Amazon engineer had mentioned earlier). Not just this, but they also offered a complimentary gesture as an apology for the inconvenience. This prompt action and genuine concern completely changed my impression. The bed is now perfectly set up, sturdy, and exactly as described. 👉 Overall, while the initial experience was not smooth, I really appreciate Matterhorn’s professionalism, quick resolution, and customer-friendly approach. Their after-sales service truly deserves recognition.

Amazon delivered bed spare package in 3 packs, but when I opened this package matterial spares were not as specified in order they provide bed matterial of low quality ply and incomplete to Make bed, installation technician had not lift call, not came even rescheduled 4 times. This is 100%fraud to customer no responsibility taken by Amazon
