After a lot of confusion and research I thought of giving it a try. I have been taking it for a week now and I am pretty satisfied with the results. I am into heavy weight training and trying to put on weight. Since I am a fussy eater and dont eat a lot of food, i was unable to meet my daily carbs intake only from food so thought of trying this shortcut. I had no idea how it is going to taste and if I will be able to take the recommended dosage without forcing myself to gulp it down. To my surprise, this product tastes so good. just like tang or Rasana. Coming to the pros of this product: It is an amazing energy booster during workout. I mix half scoop in half liter water and take it during my training. It has Dextrose and maltodextrin which are the best carb sources to be used before, during, and after training. Both dextrose and maltodextrin are fast digesting high glycemic carbs which will cause a rapid rise insulin. Dextrose is essentially pure glucose which requires zero digestion. Dextrose is sugar in the purest sense of the word. Maltodextrin on the other hand is actually a polysaccharide, meaning that while is digests just as fast as dextrose, it is not technically a sugar. It is also not very sweet, often having almost no flavor at all. Dextrose is generally the best choice for pre, during, and post training. Maltodextrin works well for those that do not tolerate sugar well or for those that do not like their shakes very sweet. This carb blend has 71.25 gms carbs per serving with only 15.75 gms carbs from sugar which is not bad. I am yet to see any cons. So far its been good experience. I would definitely say give this product a try.

The test of this product is blend as the information said. Mixability : the powder dissolves easily if you shake it well ,it felt easy on the stomach, particularly if you used a Digezyme-infused formula..that's it

This product is good in this lower range.and the packing is also good.and this is unflavoured so u can rake this easily with any liquid. And this product is benefecial for the beginners who didnot take anything yet. This is very useful prduct.

I used myfitfuel dextrose monohydrate before using this ..... Myfitfuel is better in taste and results but it's a bit costly. This has horrible after taste for 10 seconds after drinking. I recommend go for myfitfuel.
