Quality and look

Have been fascinated by watches since childhood. Also wanted to own a mechanical watch. After doing quite a bit of research, found out this automatic watch which fits the bill. Here are its Pros and Cons Pros 1. Looks - The watch is very attractive to look at. You can see the inner movement of the watch which gives you a nice view of its working mechanism. The dial is dark navy blue in colour which is not too flashy not too dull. It gives a better contrast against the copper coloured hands and hour markings. there are 2 sub dial which shows 24 hours and seconds respectively. 2. Quality - Since its a recent purchase of about 2 weeks, the build quality seems pretty good. The leather strap is of a decent size with enough holes for any hand size. 3. Movement - Since this is an automatic mechanical watch, as long as you wear it, it wont stop running. It has a power reserve of 40 hours which means if you keep it away without wearing, the spring will have enough power to run the watch for 40 hours. After which the spring will get fully unwound and you will need to wind the watch again. I almost wore it everyday for a week and hence didnt have to manually wind the watch. But when i kept the watch for 2 days during holiday time, it stopped running. All i had to do is to wind the crown 30/40 times which hardly takes a minute, the watch started running. So its not that of an inconvenience as people might say. Cons 1. For people who are used to quartz watches may find it annoying to manually wind the watch. But if you keep wearing it, the watch will not get unwound. Overall, I think it's a good watch to own which will last for many years if taken good care of it and maintained properly.

Overall a good watch ! * I'd recommend wait for a deal on this (got this for under 9k), I've seen better watches at 15k. * Gold plating on a tad lighter side than what it looks like in the image. * Unboxing experience could have been improved for a watch of this segment. * A bit thick ~ but it's an automatic :) so not a big complain here.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend as a birthday gift and he absolutely loves it! The design is very classy and watch looks amazing. The watch looks amazing on formal as well as casual outfits. Go for it! P.S. The only drawback is, if you don't wear it for more than 24hrs, it stops (because it is a mechanical watch and works on movement) and the time needs to be adjusted again. So if you leave the house in jiffy, your watch might tell you the wrong time.

I have purchased this watch, since the beginning water is going inside ( I noticed when I wear this in a function) I contacted customer care they sent this to Bangalore service Centre from Delhi ever then this did not work. I again contacted for replacement but no response received from customer care of the Fossil.

I have been using this for almost 6 months now, first of all ot looks absolutely beautiful and stunning on the wrist. The color combination of the blue dial with the brown belt is simply amazing. The fact that this is an automatic watch and you never have to worry about battery makes it evem more convinient.

Nothing can be more beautiful than this 🤩, though the glass gets oily and artracts finger prints...

Bought this watch with a lot of doubt as I have not bought or worn an Automatic watch before. But all that disappeared the moment I wore it. It’s too nice to even describe in words. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this. P.S: Packaging and delivery was good. Not as what the few losers who were complaining about this.
