Large 4"x8" Peanut Massage Ball Roller - Trigger Point Firm (Clear Bag Packaging)-Black-Large Peanut

This is my go-to neck massage tool. Back in the 1970s I purchased the forerunner of all of today's bumpy massage balls called "Goosebumps." Up until now that has been my favorite. This product has now taken that spot. While lying on this under my neck, the firmness and size of the peanut perfectly allows the weight of my head to put enough pressure on the area without manipulating the tool in any other way. This allows for relaxing the muscles and passively letting the peanut do the work.Secondly -- and very important to me -- I have a very nice firm exercise mat that I would not use spikier balls on because I don't want to damage or weaken the artificial leather surface. The nodes on this product, though firm, have a very slight give and are rounded rather than pointed. The mat's surface provides perfect support for the peanut, and with regular use this tool has greatly helped reduce the burning pain in my neck that is a result of irritated of irritated nerves.

Out of all the foam rollers I have, this one is my fav for loosening up my spine and really shearing the fascia. For me, it’s the perfect size and stiffness. All my clients prefer this one too.

Helps to release tension knots in my back and neck, I just position the peanut between my back and the couch and lay against it for a few minutes while breathing and relaxing into the trigger points, then repositioning the peanut and repeating the process. I think this is a great value and effective in relieving muscle tension, and is the second most effective home remedy for me next to a thera cane type massager.

This product is exactly what I needed to help me undo my poor posture. I use it everyday to help my back muscles unwind.

Much harder than the one at my massage place, this one is rigid and is harder to "roll" but if you want a rock in your back, it works well.

Size is prefect but the quality is terrible. The peanut is obviously two pieces stuck together but where the pieces meet is left with a sharp edge of extra material which cuts into my skin. See image of the razor blade edge.
