Liked it... Not much dark... But darker & smoother than regular HB... Got in only Rs.125 with free delivery...

Good quality eraser
The pencil lead is smooth and good. I think Apsara's 2B is slightly better (softer) for sketch purpose. This pencil is a good choice for taking notes on books and paper. It doesn't smudge much. Normal and eraser is not messy on rubbing. It's got the standard dimensions and feel.

Worth a try, but not good enough for its price.
I was ecstatic to get my Staedtler 2B pencil. But I was disappointed by the first pencil (like many other reviews for this pencil). As you can see in the photo (image #1), I had to knife-cut the first pencil since the lead was off center and the lead was repeatedly breaking while sharpened. The pack contains a few pencils that have off center lead (see attached image #2). My Benchmarks: I have shown a comparison between this pencil and the different pencils I regularly use (see image #3). I love my DOMS slim groove for its smooth writing, thick lead and dark core. The Staedtler yellow 2B is not as smooth as DOMS slim groove, but I find it smoother than the premium Tombow 8900. It is lighter than the DOMS slim groove but similar in weight to the DOMS neon. The lead seems softer than Norica and less scratchy. Standalone comments: The rubber at the back of the pencil is awesome. The writing smudges a little and you can erase the writing easily. So if you find a few pieces which don't break, then the writing is decent and the pencil can be given four stars. I have knocked off a point, because frequent lead breaking is annoying. Others have experienced the same problem Staedtler Yellow Pencil 134 2B - Premium Quality Pencil (Pack of 12) . I have knocked off another because I don't think it is worth 180 bucks. I say this because the Staedtler yellow is an upgrade of the DOMS neon (which is 5 bucks per pencil). It has a better hold and a better eraser with softer lead. But three times the price of DOMS neon is too high. In summary, it's worth trying this pencil out. But I think there are lower priced, better quality alternatives in the Indian market (thanks to DOMS and Apsara).

Superb Quality
The pencil Quality is very good ..... But the Price is high.

Internally the lead is damaged which never happens with staedtler
This product is extremely sensitive and almost fake… it breaks very easily compared to a normal pencil…. This is the condition from using just for 3 days and these are suppose to be premium pencils… I had to replace the order as the previous order kept damaging aswell but despite the change the result remains same
