Works non-stop
I purchased this in August 2023 and it has been working flawlessly till April 2025. In April 2025, we started to face Internet drop on power outages and it stopped giving backup in may 2025.Overall it worked well for 1 year and 7 months. I think it severed the purpose.

Nice product
It has got very good backup It almost gives me four to 4 and a half hours of backup But only problem is it heats a lot. Thermals are not maintained properly because it has a lithium ion batterys it should be

worst product. it stopped working after just 5 minutes backup. don't buy. no option for replacement in amazon. raised a support request. not sure how it goes. but suggestion is don't buy this product.

Worked for 5 years! Go for it!
Purchased in February 2020. Worked with zero issues till April 2025. Worth much more than the money I paid for it. I decided to write this review now afyer it stopped working. Buy with absolute confidence. I am ordering it again.

Takes 0.5-1 seconds to power modem : VPN will disconnect
It works well BUT MODEM POWER DISCONNECTS FOR 0.5 SECONDS. Which fails the overall purpose of this device. My laptop VPN disconnects whenever there is a power cut as this device takes 0.5-1 sec to power the modem again.
