Blueair Blue Pure 211 Room Air Purifier

This is the second Air purifier for my home. I bought Blueair last year for one rooms and now I bought another one. The product is really good and you can feel the difference in air quality really soon. It is silent and has the max CADR in the market so far I have seen in this range. It does not have any fancy features like display for air quality measurements or remote but it does what it is meant for. The only thing is one has to clean the pre-filter (outer blue) with a vacuum cleaner every 4-5 days (atleast in NCR), since the dust is quite visible on the filter.

It's easy to operate and effective. The fan broke down in 4 months and the company says it's not covered in the 1 year warranty. The cost of the fan is 17,000 as it comes with the motor; while the cost of the new unit was 19,125 when I bought it. Extremely frustrating!!!

Works as expected however filters are too expensive

Easy to use with a single button. Filters very well. Low setting is noiseless. High setting is noisy but really cleans the air quickly. Filter replacement is very easy. Can’t get replacement filters easily. Blue air seems to not sell them any more in India.

This is really the one id buy again and again. I had to dig this up on amazon. All nonsense ones with horrid cadr show up. Ideally air should change at least 5-8 times an hour. Otherwise purifiers wont make a difference. So this is ideal for the price. Dont get a fancy one. Waste of money. This small plastic unit is just perfect. I sleep in silence, with clean air now. P. S. Have to bathe once in two days now 😈 Thanks for helping save water 😂

I bought this in Dec 2022 . The fan seems stuck now after a year and motor heats up. I wanted the fan blade changed . Company says fan not covered under warranty and I have to change the whole assembly for 12000 ! Do not buy Blue Air even by mistake .

Not sure if it works the way it’s supposed to be. I feel no difference in allergies. Its not meant to make the room less dusty as it only fights invisible particles. Initially when I bought it, I had asked for a refund as I felt no difference in air quality and amazon would not refund. Instead blue air contacted me to find out about the issue. They never sent any technician with a particulate meter to show that this was working. So it’s lying there and sometimes I use it for my reassurance.

This is the most perfectly designed air purifier. Air intake area is huge and has no obstructions bends etc that reduce efficiency. The fan is powerful enough to create a draught in the room. The filters are efficient, with good sealing so that no air bypasses the filters. When it runs, you can feel the air in the room changing perceptibly. And it looks great! CONS: Replacement filters might not be so easily available, no pm2.5 display, part of the filtration process involves an electrostatic discharge which may produce ozone. In conclusion, this is simply the best air purifier i have experienced and i recommend it to everyone.
