The MILTON Carafe 1500 is a solid product with great durability and no leakage, and the company’s customer service is seriously impressive if something wrong happens they’ll send you a free replacement without any questions asked. I’ve been using it for a year to pour tea, and while it keeps the tea hot for about 3 hours, it doesn’t hold the heat all day. If you’re looking for something reliable for a few hours and don’t want to worry much about customer service, this is a great choice. Totally worth it for the price. 1 Negative point: Cap of the bottle is difficult to open, it is very tight, for patient or weak person it becomes impossible to open. No proper grip or provision given to open it easily. Rest other things are good.

I bought a carafe and shipped it to my US box. I collected the package and shipped it to my country, Kuwait. Just now, I received the package and when I opened the box, it was used and there was coffee inside it.

Can’t keep hot water more than 5 hours. You can feel the lid hot after you pour boiling water in

This flask keep the tea hot only for about 1-1.5 hour then the tea gets lukewarm. I wish I could return it but thrown the bix in bin.
