This was THE BEST PROTEIN DRINK ON THE MARKET-BAR NONE!!! Put you cannot buy it anymore because THEY CHANGED THE FORMULA!!! The label was changed and so was the formula. They totally ruined it!!! I had been drinking this Vega Sport Protein drink for over 15 years. I looked forward to it every morning. It has a wonderful fresh taste and made me feel great; like I was doing something great for my body and myself. But, they changed it. Now it tastes like SALT-IT'S TERRIBLE!!! Do not buy it!!!

Ah yes, the world of protein powders.. very contentious; much debated. I’ve tried a lot of brands and versions, but non-whey versions seem to pair the best with my body these days. I landed on Vega to give a whirl, and was pleasantly surprised with their chocolate offering. For my palate, this chocolate powder is scrumptious - your view may vary, but I was digging it. I dig the protein content, as well as its other nutrients. I mostly blend my servings but sometimes just shake it up (using almond milk), so I’ve had it alone and with other ingredients - tastes good by itself and as a base, and the texture is smooth, though I don’t mind the occasional powdery burst😄 Get healthy. Get yummy.

Agreeing with recent reviews- the vanilla WAS the best plant protein powder on the market but now they no longer make it in this form- its been changed with new labeling and unfortunately for the worse. The new version just doesn't taste good at all. This was my go to 3-4 times week along with banana, almond butter, blueberries, walnuts, almond milk and chia seeds blended. It adds real gains and basically is a meal in itself. Extremely disappointed in the decision to discontinue it so I'll be looking for a different protein powder when mine runs out.

I am constantly trying different plant based protein powders and bought this on a whim during a prime day sale. I ended up really liking it, clean ingredients, no added sugar, and it would blend well with just water in my travel cup. Flavor is good and it’s not too “heavy” like most plant proteins.The only negative is the price, I do protein drinks everyday and cannot afford to keep buying this! Will buy again when it’s on sale.
