Does this fit a 2017 civic ex t

As long as it has a manual transmission, it will fit. This fits every 10th Generation civic model that is equipped with a manual transmission (base models, sport, si, Type R, etc).

I’m trying to get one of these for a 9th gen accord would this fit

This will NOT work for the 9th Generation Accord. At this time Acuity does not offer a spring for that application.

What’s the inner diameter?

It varies a bit depending on where you measure since there are rubber sleeves that somewhat constrict the ID. We generally only recommend using this spring in the applications we list (2016+ 10th Gen Honda Civics and 2018+ 10th Gen Honda Accords). If you are attempting to make this work on another Honda shifter, unfortunately we've found most other Honda shifters are much harder to swap springs on and often the springs are quite different from shifter to shifter.
