Great for Price
Loving this computer for work. The only downside is the keyboard is not backlit. I bought a $9 skin to go over keyboard to make typing easier. For the price this is a great computer.

Great Condition, Good Price, Good Storage
Came in great condition, I use this for school and can easily run things like SolidWorks, Excel, and other school programs. I also have steam on it.

Inaccurate Description
There are several details in the description that are not correct. First, the RAM and SSD memory are wrong. The listing says 16GB RAM and 512GB of SSD hard drive, but the HP details show 8GB of RAM and 256GB of hard drive memory. That is HALF of what is on the listing for both categories. That is not okay. Expecting to get fast speeds and large enough storage, and you only get half of what your order. The listing also says in several places that the keyboard is backlit. Upon starting the computer, the keys are not backlit. I went to the HP site with the model number, and there is no mention of a backlit keyboard on the manufacturer site. This is a feature I really wanted. So these 3 things made me stop the setup process. I never even entered my Microsoft username. It went straight back to Amazon.

Battery life is terrible. If you need a laptop to use on a plane or in a place without access to electricity, buy something else.

El rendimiento de la batería no es el más óptimo, para lo que realizo quisiera que durará más, ahora revise la capacidad máx de ram y me aparece que son 32GB mientras que en la descripción aparecen 64, del resto muy bien la relación precio/calidad, es una laptop muy basica
