Evaporative Air Cooler F - 1 New Two Ice Boxes

If I could give zero stars I would First of all, this was not a good air conditioner, not worth the money. Second of all, I returned it, received the refund, and now my credit card is being charged a second time as the merchant is saying I didn't return the item. I have the paperwork showing I returned the product, so they should not be allowed to charge my credit card a 2nd time. I am now 3+ phone calls in and an incredible amount of time wasted on this issue. They shouldn't be allowed to charge my credit card in error. I am very unhappy. .

It has been working great. Keeps my room cool and comfortable. It is a little loud but not a bother to me. Remote control is great as well.

For a portable ac unit, it does not cool very well. Works more as just a fan. I would not by it again. Having to freeze ice packs can be a pain to deal with.

It didn’t quite cool the space as well as I thought it would.

Only cools for the first hour or two dont last

Fantastic power and value. Very effective and pleasant to use instead of a traditional ‘fan’.

We bought this to use when our A/C went out. It was very disappointing. You have to continuously fill it with ice and water. It is not very functional, but not too loud.
