I don't take pre-workout every single time I work out, I save it for when I need it, that way it will always be effective. This one contains 320 mg of caffeine, but if you're sensitive the caffeine, you might want to cut the dose in half. It does only require one scoop, and one scoop is good for 6 oz of water. The flavor is decent, I have no complaints with it. It also contains 3.2 g of beta alanine, 3 g of L-citrulline, and 1812 mg of electrolyte matrix. So overall it does work for energy, I also noticed better focus when I'm using it, it tastes decent, and it mixes fine.

Fruit punch flavor was gross. Tastes almost like the smell of crazy glue. I purchased for the price, but for the amount of ingredients that you get it’s not worth it. I don’t drink coffee so I rely on the caffeine in it for the morning but it’s advertised as “320mg caffeine” and it tiny words “per 2 servings” but then you’re almost overdoing it on the beta-alanine and taurine, at least for me. At 2 scoops, to get that much caffeine, it’s just not as economical as other preworkout.

Honestly Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Blueberry Lemonade with creatine tastes way better, but this is cheaper and I don't need creatine in my pre-workout since I take it post-workout. But I like this pre-workout. Can go for a full hour on leg day with quality reps and more sets... I've missed pre-workout!
