Wait till it goes on sale and then buy it!
We normally buy this coffee at Whole Foods, but sometimes the price is quite cheaper here. Great beans — organic and fresh. Love the paper packaging. However, I think it’s a bit pricey considering it’s a smaller package. I only buy it when it’s on sale, around $12.

Good fresh coffee
Very good coffee. Unusually fresh for coffee that isn’t shipping directly the roaster. Seems like a good value, too.

The batch I received is not very flavorful
This bag is lacking in the fruit and floral flavors that this Ethiopian is known for. There is almost no aroma which is surprising for a medium roast. It has a slight citrus flavor and almost no sweetness. I've been using an Aeropress with it and I may try using a pour over method to see if I can extract some goodness out of these beans. I'm a little disappointed because Groundwork has a decent reputation.

Bright and Delicious for pour over
This one really as a pour-over. Clean, bright flavors with a hit of fruit that makes it super refreshing. Definitely one of the better light roasts I have had highly recommend if you like pour over

Terrible Flavor. Double the cost of other organic coffee. Threw it away.
I got this as a substitute for my regular brand; half the size for the same price (eg: double the cost) and it is DISGUSTING. Absolutely terrible flavor. Despite the cost I had to throw it away because it was undrinkable. If you told me that it was loaded with artificial chemical flavoring to get the "fruity notes" I would believe you. That's how bad it was.
