i love Thai food so do know the importance of perfect or very close to flavor and this brand is very close or next to perfect for the Thai green curry !

It no where tastes like the restaurant style thai curry

This is the 2nd jar we are using and our household including my 11yr old loves it. All you need to do it stir fry it for a few minutes, add the vegetables followed by coconut milk and you are set! If available I add lemongrass, galangal and Kafir lime leaves for an extra burst of flavour. It is spicy tho so be mindful when you use it for the first time.

A good flavorful paste. In fact I've tried this as well as the other flavors available from Real Thai and found them just right to the taste. If you need a bit more kick to your curry though, adding a bit of bottled or fresh crushed Galangal, chilli and of course some fish oil does the trick quite well. This paste is a great base for vegetarian as well as non vegetarian curries. Recommended.

It's good but I didn't like it's smell

Definitely not "Real Thai". This is bad !! Just loaded with salt and chilli. You can barely taste other aromatics. My suggestion is simply avoid and stick to a local Thai brand.

quick fix - mix any vegetable you have or you want and a wonderful meal is ready in short time. REAL Thai products are good
