A good book for bread baking.

This book has every kind of bread recipe imaginable from across the globe and is very well illustrated. I have had various levels of success with some of the recipes and will continue to work my way through the book which has a very easy format to follow. There is a complete section on breads for bread machines which is useful for if you have one that is - otherwise for someone like myself I will have to buy one. It would have been ideal if each and every recipe gave guidance to users of both bread machines and 'hand made' breads. At present there are about 140 recipes I am unable to produce unless I have a bread machine.

Purchased as a gift for someone who enjoys making bread at home. This seemed like a very good quality hard cover book with many illustrations. There are recipes for both the oven and bread machines. The recipient flipped through the book seeming eager to try some new recipes. Althought the book is beautiful, I do feel it is expensive.

Easy to follow ,and with an amazing range of recipe choices,this book is a winner!!
