You have to take 5 little pills 3 times a day, I only use it once a day, but it works. Probably works really well if you take it more often.

I thought I tried so any things and nothing helped , I figured ill give it a try, I was desperate my nose ran sometimes for hours non stop! So this was a chance I was willing to take, well to my surprise it works! I am so happy to get some relief, I still take tissues with me but so far I don’t need them I don’t know how it works I just know it works!

This stuff works! I'm not kidding. I've tried many natural remedies and this one takes the cake. I've even tried a migraine roll on and it just had an overwhelming scent of peppermint. I've been using this stuff every time I get a headache and it takes it away within minutes. You'll forget you have a headache after taking these. My own mother is a walking pharmacy and does not believe in homeopathy. She had a headache during an outing and had no meds to rid herself of it. I gave her some of this stuff. About 15 minutes later, I asked her how her headache was. She gave me a wide eyed look and told me she had forgot about it! It was gone. It works.

Hi didn't get these yet from this place, coming tomorrow. but I use these. These are not just table salt. I have a low sodium condition and a doctor told me to take them when I feel my sodium get low. He said these are actually a pure rock salt, very healthy. And they bring my sodium levels right up. Regular table salt wont do that and could higher it too fast which isnt good. These have saved me from having a low sodium seizures.
