I have taken this probiotic for many years and have been very happy at how well it works. Because of my allergies it is a perfect choice for me.

Was taking a round of 3 different antibiotics for h pylori for the third time because of all the side effects I would get from taking antibiotics even when taking different probiotic brands. Took this in tandem with my last round of antibiotics and had zero side effects. It kept my flora balanced and now I take it daily because it's actually a good quality probiotic where you can feel the difference. It's more expensive than I am used to but I will pay time and time again for this product.

Good stuff

I was recommended these from a friend who is a naturopathic doctor. I myself am also finishing my doctorate in natural medicine and find this to be one of the best probiotics out there. It definitely keeps me regular. Only down side is figuring out if you should take 1 or 2 tablets a day, but wasn't really an issue. I recommend these to my friends and patients looking to take a probiotic supplement. :-)
