If you're looking for healthy weight loss, this isn't it-
As an overweight woman who has been prescribed Phentermine by my physician, I was surprised to find out how little information is available about Phentermine both at my library and on the internet. Even the leaflet from the pharmacy says "It's unknown how this medication works." I quickly purchased this e-book, thinking I was going to get some of the information I am seeking- how to incorporate Phentermine into my life and lose weight healthfully, while learning how to avoid going back to my old habits or my old weight. The suggestions given in this book:Don't eat breakfast.Eat low carb.Supplement with Xenical/Alli.This advice is downright dangerous. It's fortunate that I didn't hurl my beloved Kindle into a wall.Don't eat breakfast? Really? You're going to tell someone with a dragging metabolism to avoid the most important meal of the day?Phentermine does not put me in a state of "euphoria" as described. It makes me feel confused and bewildered. It's unpleasant, to say the least- but the intake of carbs helps me stop that brain meltdown feeling and I am successfully losing weight. The last thing I want to do is add another medication- one with side affects as unpleasant as associated with Xenical/Alli, and all that is accomplishing is creating a cycle of life long dependency on Phentermine. If you want to lose weight there's no magic pill. I am eating sensibly, exercising both on my own and with a trainer, and taking Phentermine as prescribed by my Doctor to help boost a dragging metabolism. I am going to keep this weight off and NOT use Phentermine as a life long crutch every other six months of my life as this author suggests.

What a quack!
This guy recommends no carb, eating all protein all the time and that fruit and whole grains are bad for you. On a daily basis he takes Phentermine, Meridia, Alli (so he can poop)and Straterra which is an ADD medication. He is diabetic and doesn't eat breakfast and recommends not eating breakfast and starts the day with a Diet coke. One artificial sweetners stimulate the appetite and make your body want something sweet so you crave sweets. He is preaching all the wrong info and he is a Dr! I am glad I only paid $14 for this, don't waste your money. Eat balanced, take Phen only, its enough by itself.
