It's a really good product, it's worth it. The material is good and fulfills its function, only that it should improve in the glue. It doesn't stick to the skin as much as it should, although it still works.

Best product to keep your nostrils open and allow air to flow down to your oxygen processing units. Before I discovered these things I would have to use stiff plastic or metal straws to keep those nostrils open while I slept. This was far from optimal as I would toss and turn throughout the night, and inevitably one or both straws would dislodge or be forced deeper into my nasal cavity. Thank you Breathe Right for giving me a safer way to sleep.

My nose is always stuffy, I had a imaging exam and everything looks fine. The strips were recommended by a friend. The first time I tried it, it was a small miracle. I sleep soundly. I could breathe! I highly recommend trying these. I recommend using a little alcohol wipe on your nose to keep it stuck firmly. I wear mine around the house sometimes too. I can now take a nice breath thru my nose. Avoiding my mouth being dry all the time.

It is my personal experience after trying this product for two boxes to have a fair trial. The strip itself is a quality build and sturdy. It comes in individual packaging like bandage. It provides clear instruction about the placement of the strip and it should fit the size and shape of majority of people. It is a must to clean your noise before applying. Body oil on your nose will not work well and the strip will not stick, period. The sticky is fair gentle on your skin to remove, or may be it is too gentle. I do not have a very acute angled nose but it is still very hard for the strip to bend to match the curve of my nose. It also feels like the sticky pad is not strong enough to support the plastic strip core. I did have to throw away and reopen new strip a few times because it just would not stay in place. It could get frustrated easily when you are ready to bed. It is not too expensive compare to other choices.

I originally didn't think these would work, but they DID! I was trying to stop taking allergy meds and decided to try these. They are nice because they stick to your nose, open up your breathing passages, and don't hurt when you peel them off. I would highly recommend.

They work well for me (to breathe better at night & not snore as much. Only issue is that they tend to want to loosen on sides during sleep sometimes.
