Philips Hr1396 500/400-Watt 1-Litre Chopper

Every working woman must buy this for convenience. My brother had purchased it 9 years ago and its still working fine. So I took the same model and now even i am very satisfied with it. Very good chopper. You can chop minimum 4-5 big onions at one go

philips is a trusted brand... i have used many products of philips and i still use other electronics of philips. i purchased this... it totally worked fine for 3weeks... chopping was done very nicely without any doubt , but suddenly after 3weeks my machine stopped working, complained in philips centre.. they send the person next day... person saw and said motor problem, we will replace and send you back, they took the device with them and yes they lao said it is toatlly device fault not your fault . defective product is given to you. still waiting ... now another 20. days over still didnt got the product back .. if i cL they say still waiting mam for the motor to come... it might take a a week or a month...totally upset with the product.. and horrible service from philips...

Push and chop philosophy is confusing. I took time to understand there is no PUSH button. Its the upper part of machine which we have to press.

I was gifted this chopper. The blade had a manufacturing defect. The beaker broke because of that. But, my whole product was replaced by Philips service center.It is a very good product and makes life easy. So I bought another one to gift to another person. But the blade in this set also has a manufacturing defect. I will have to go to the service center again.I will give the product a five star rating.The manufacturing defect has bought it down to one star rating.But because of the excellent after sales service given by Philips. I will give the product a four star rating

jar is too big, need to cook for 7 people for its size, blade is single pair so does not cut nice, seller (PN retail) is worst crook fellow, sent me damaged, pre-used pieces both times. Still highest cost of 2k, you can get better ones for less than 1k.

Wonderful product.I am happy I purchased it . Works good on hard vegs like cabbage, carrot, patato etc.It works wonderful on onions. Makes ur job faster specially for cutting onions.Good buy.

Better for tiny chops.. Dont expect it for medium shape veg .. It chops too tiny. Best use for onion, tomatos, cabbage cuts.only one blade given. Wil be gud if tey given two extra blades..

Fonctionne parfaitement depuis maintenant 2 mois d'utilisation et je m'en sers régulièrement. Il n'a pas le même visuel que celui que j'avais acheté en France il y a quelques années car visiblement il vient de pays étrangers au vu du carton. Mais tout à fait conforme et compatible avec mon ancien bol et la lame.

Nelle recensioni si parla e ci sono anche le foto di una strana molla... sono di un'altro modello !!!! Del Philips HR1393/00 Daily Collection Tritatutto Easy Press, 450 W, 0.7 Litri ! Tornando al modello HR 1396/00 ha una cosa che non mi piace per niente, quando si preme il motore su 5 volte forse partirà 1 volta, insomma non è il massimo della praticità. Il coperchio dalla parte interna ha troppe rientranze, è difficile da lavare e asciugare. Le lame sono montate troppo in alto, il composto da frullare si dispone sotto le lame e sui lati del contenitore, quindi le lame girano a vuoto.
