The scooter fast I'm 5'2 115 pound it went 25 one time 26 mph my scooter had a handful scratches and nicks the bracket weld broken the basket was way to tiny anyway but there accessories for sell on Amazon and the company help and really keep there words they were so welling to replace anything damaged or ship my a new scooter of course I said no just in case this was a scam .. they responded fast keep in me informed and up to date I love the fast and affordable this scooter company is .. the scooter ride fun smooth brake the seat comfortable 25 max speed I stay at 20 and my battery last a hours half llong or more with 2 bar left function easy to you if your on a budget best deal tires can hand glass rock grease drive way the park dirt and street barley feel the bump and the park sand dosent slow my scooter down it functionality great also come with key and scary kill switch or restart start

Tarde para poner mi comentario esperando tener la ayuda solicitada para empezar mi scooter salió mal no funcionó y sigue sin funcionar Amazon no quiso hacerse responsable de mi compra pidió que la regresara y yo tenía que pagar por la devolución que es algo ilógico tengo Amazon prime me contacte directamente con el Vendedor ellos me mandaron una batería de repuesto porque según era eso ya que no sirvió tampoco la que ellos mandaron, me propusieron que yo la llevara arreglar pero yo tenía que pagar el arreglo también algo ilógico, quise regresarla directamente con ellos y sólo me decían que me reembolsarían 70 dólares y según un soporte para teléfono valorada en 120 dólares, que accedimos porque ya estábamos enfadados sin tener ninguna respuesta agradable hoy me acaba de llegar según el soporte y para nosotros es una burla y sobre todo estafa mi recomendación es 0% en todos los aspectos. I absolutely love my e-scooter! Best thing ever invented. I have been able to achieve optimal speed on all 3 settings, even tho the battery drains faster the faster you go…common sense. It’s been decades since I’ve been on a bike of any sort. A little nervous at first, but quickly composed myself and have enjoyed the ride since. 100% recommend. No assembly instructions included 🫤 that’s the only reason for the 4 stars.

Product sucks! Had it 2 weeks, less than 100 miles on it and battery won't charge, red light flashing and won't start. The company will allow a return but wants us to pay the shipping so on a heavy item is going to be expensive. My family member is already in a situation of being homeless, which is the reason I bought it to begin with so she wouldn't have to walk everywhere. I should have gone to Walmart, spent less money and would have been able to take it right back to the store. Not happy!

Absolutely recommend to any one in need of cheap reliable transportation literally the best purchase by far. It doesn't take long to charge and the charger is so light and it easily fits in a purse or backpack so you can take it to work school etc.and have it on charge if you want but usually it lasts all day without having need a charge

Scooter is difficult to put together as it doesn't come out of box with both wheels, and the brake pad can be stubborn to figure out. Had some trouble at the start with it not turning on or seemingly charging. Seller finally responded and informed me there's a small silver button by the charging port that is there to protect the battery. Clicking this button allowed the scooter to start. Have not taken it out yet as I'm still waiting on bike lock and hi-vis helmet stickers, but it seems to work well. The lights are strong and the horn is loud. The turn signal is a big plus. The basket is small but I may be able to replace that later if I need, and it seems the foot area can be used for bags and such as well. If the page had better assembly instructions and the manual or page mentioned the button, this would be 5 stars 🙏
