What I did after the flush was to remove the return line from the reservoir and plug off the reservoir connection. Then emptied the system into a drain pan with the engine running and adding new fluid until the reservoir was filled twice. Reconnected the reservoir return line and topped off the fluid.

After that you need to drain the deposit and put new steering fluid. According to the instructions you shouldn't leave it in for driving.
