PROS:This ice sleeve is a 5++++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ product! It is the most comfortable way to apply ice EVER and still get the full benefit without any downside. 1.Stays soft in the freezer 2. Takes up minimal space 3. Gets cold fast 4. Stays cold for appropriate time required. CON(S): I only find 1 con! And that is the way they size this item. It is based on height and weight, which is 100% inaccurate which resulted in returning and re-ordering. Sizing should be based on the inches around the area in need, in my case, my knee. I ended up needing a XXL and 2 re-orders.

these work great. they eliminate the juggling of ice packs and trying to keep them in place. After using one for my knee, I purchased a couple more to have on hand for my sports enthusiasts who are always needing to ice something. 3 thoughts: 1. if purchasing for extremities, you might consider a smaller size so they fit more snugly. 2. they take quite awhile to "freeze" so you need freezer space where you can lie them flat. 3. they only stay cold for about 20 minutes (which is usually the recommended time for icing anyway), which is why I like to have more than one. Also, I have not tried these for heat - only ice.

Love love love this sleeve. Always uses Velcro cold wraps but this is so easy and stays colder. Will be purchasing another.

I have swollen knees & very painful. They work great in refrigerator also. I slip them down over my ankles because they swell also.

Purchased April 2020 for my right TKR. Fit was perfect and no irritating seams. Stays cold for about 15 min. My only complaint is the relatively short cold time. I understand that most injuries state 10-15 min of use. I just feel that an icepack that has been in the freezer overnight should stay cold 20-30 min. Also, they want you to store your sleeve in the included plastic bag. It would be nice if they included an extra as mine has started to tear along one seam. Apart from that I like the pad a lot. It seems durable, and is very comfortable doesn't slip if I need to walk around. I generally elevate the knee while using. Kinda wish I'd bought 2 so I could use one while the other refroze but $70 was a chunk of change. I received an email from Freezer Sleeve asking for a review and I'd get %15 percent off. We'll see.

Used it for my busted up knee from bjj. only for ice, have not tried heat. Being able to ice the whole knee with some come compression is awesome. I recommend buying 2 so you can change them out, I ended up buying a 2nd one a year later

This sleeve is AWESOME...so much better than any one of a number of other ice packs that I have used over the years to treat my tendonitis in my bicep and forearm from weightlifting. I bought an XXL to use on my arms and it fits pretty well, but I'm going to purchase an XL in order to get a bit more compression. I also plan to buy an XXXL sleeve for my calves. I put the sleeve in my freezer as soon as I got home from work, left it in there for the recommended "minimum two hours" and then was able to put it on both arms for about 10 minutes each. It was cold. It stayed cold. And, afterwards, my arms felt great. This is a well-designed product that I hope to use for a long time. Time will tell how durable it is, but based on my first impression...great product.

2XL is not as big for some men. We brought L, XL and 2XL and all were tight. He is very muscular. Gave 3 stars because it’s a good product just not for muscular people.

Have a recent meniscus issue. The freeze sleeve works exactly as advertised. A lot easier to use than ice and knee wrap. Plus the compression aspect is a plus!

Used this as recommended and immediately noticed pain and stiffness in leg significantly reduced after day 2
