If anyone’s looking for elbow or knee ice sleeves, these work really well. They’re very comfortable and provide a light compression effect, which definitely helps. The gel inside refreezes quickly too. I’ve tried a few different sleeves, and this one has easily been the best so far—by far the easiest to slide on, even one-handed. For recovery after hikes, pickleball sessions, or gym workouts, it’s worth checking out. The cold effect lasts about 15 minutes or so.

I had an accidental fall with my left knee hitting a concrete floor, the same knee that also has osteoarthritis. The pain in the knee was intense at the fall and many days later. During that time, swelling occurred and the ice backs I had on hand were not sufficient enough to wrap the knee. In checking for ice packs on Amazon, ran across this Freeze Sleeve. After reading the reviews, purchased this freeze sleeve and WOW, what a difference. What I especially like about this Freeze Sleeve is when sliding on the sleeve how freezing cold it was. The freezing lasted about 15 minutes and then very gradually began to warmup, but a different kind of warmth - a cool warm, I left it on for about 10 minutes longer. As I was sliding the sleeve off when it hit my foot, the sleeve felt very cold to m foot so left it on for about 10 minutes (I have edema in that foot and have to ice when swelling occurs). Very nice. BTW, when putting on the sleeve, recommend you pull the middle of the sleeve rather than the side seam. Highly recommend this Freeze Sleeve if you want great relief.

This FreezeSleeve is a great option for kids (and adults) who need ice or heat therapy for recovery. The sleeve design makes it so simple to slip on — no straps, no adjusting, just pull it over the area and it stays put. It’s flexible, comfortable, and reusable, which makes it super convenient. One thing to be aware of: if you take it straight out of the freezer, it gets very cold. We found it’s best to let it sit out for a few minutes before putting it on, otherwise it can feel too intense on the skin. I do like this sleeve for the ease of 'icing' and injury - super easy to use; convenient resealable wrapper to store in freezer. Cold lasts a long time - haven't used for heat therapy as we don't have a microwave. Well designed and construction. My only caution would be to really double check SIZE chart - i should have ordered a small/medium - but I really needed it for an injury right now! So im using the Large size and then needing to wrap a towel around to hold in place. I may just exchange for correct size because I know I will use this over and over! It can be used on several limbs/joints because it has 'stretch' - so this is a great feature. Again - Good Quality Construction is a real plus. And mostly; it actually does what its supposed to do - for a long while (heat/cold therapy) simplify treatment

Love love love this sleeve. Always uses Velcro cold wraps but this is so easy and stays colder. Will be purchasing another.

I’ve tried Velcro wrap around knee sleeves with ice packs etc, and while they work they slide down, and the ice pack is usually too hard or soft. This slide on sleeve is superb! It gets very cold without getting hard. It slides on easily (I got two sizes as I fell on my knee and bruised it badly, and I wasn’t sure which size would fit best with the swelling), it stays cold for the needed time. Price is higher than wrap on ice packs, but this is definitely worth the price with the ability to move around with the ice pack in place, and the comfort. It works great!

It fits perfectly. This thing gets cold!!!! Perfect for recovery from training or an injury. Highly recommend.

Kühlt gut, lässt aber schnell nach. Am besten kurz ins Tiefkuhlfach legen und dann hat man mehr Erfolg. Für meinen Ellenbogen optimal.

Have a recent meniscus issue. The freeze sleeve works exactly as advertised. A lot easier to use than ice and knee wrap. Plus the compression aspect is a plus!
