If you use this item to dispense liquid medicine from a standard pharmacy liquid prescription bottle, it will not form a tight seal, and leaking will occur. Other than this issue, the product works as designed.

Exactly as we described. Easy to use, all pre-packaged. We were using them to collect colostrum ahead of our baby's birth, and they work great for that.
