R.O.P.A is to be Resilient, Outstanding, and always perform with Attitude. It is the 3d stage of Ropes Gone Wild from Art of Strength. Created and designed by Anthony Diluglio and Staci (Anthony's sister) as a continuation to the "Black Jack 21" DVD through a series of patterns and combinations of undulating and rotating motions. On Good Morning America Health, Anthony speaks on his training and how it helped him survive cancer. He also demonstrates some of the new Ropes Gone Wild moves known as the R.O.P.A workout.
