Can you scrub baseboards also?

I would think so as the brush is narrow!! However, we use the baseboard buddy to dust & clean the baseboards. Although if your baseboards are very dirty you might just need to use a brush to scrub!@

Is this safe to clean grout on "unsealed" tile?

I don't see why not. The brissels are angeled to target the grout area. Shouldn't hurt the tile of your not going crazy scrubbing.
