Purchased this for our online sales and board meetings! It is perfect size ,touchscreen works amazing and is great quality. Battery holds for a decent amount of time! Lightweight and flips with no problems!

This Chromebook is soooo slow😤. I’ve never had a laptop this sluggish before. I was really hopeful after reading the reviews here and online. I already use Chrome daily, so I thought this would be an easy transition and maybe even life-changing. Unfortunately, it’s been the complete opposite. Not sure if this is a refurbished one marked as new but I've experienced a device that slow. I haven’t downloaded any apps or games. I literally just use it to check emails and watch Netflix and yet everything takes forever to load. Even opening the Chrome browser, which should be instant, takes ages. It's extremely frustrating. I bought this Chromebook to replace my old laptop, which I’ve had for over five years and had started slowing down. But somehow, that old, bulky laptop is still faster than this one. I’m really disappointed with the performance. It’s not what I expected at all, and it’s made doing basic tasks a headache. I thought I’d get used to it over time, but I didn’t. In fact, I barely use it because it's annoying to use. It’s honestly more trouble than it’s worth and I just end up using my old laptop or my phone instead. Also, as soon as I connect my Bluetooth headphones or speaker, the sound becomes distorted. I’ve tried fixing it and oddly, it works fine on YouTube but if I’m using the Chrome browser, the audio is always distorted and the volume is super low. It makes watching or listening to anything a pain. Overall I find this laptop extremely frustrating and dissapointing.

Great computer. Size is great for traveling and able to pull it out and work from anywhere! Light weight and durable. Accessories are nice as well! Battery life is good! Touch screen works great. Great value for the money! Would recommend and definitely buy again.

Simple and east for any normal operations. Surprisingly good waulitya nd quick operating. Only issue is it does not operate like a PC for no desktop apps
