BPL 6.5 kg Semi-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (BSATL65F1, Dual Colour)

It's a good product..I am using it for nearly 1 month and its functioning properlyOne problem that I found is when I set the wash timer above 15 mins the rotor inside doesnot working properly instead setting the timer around 10 mins...it works fine. So when I need to wash for more than 15mins I manually set the timer twice(first 10mins then again 10mins).

I bought this washing machine in the Amazon great indian sale and got very good deal with the price. The delivery was also on time. Now let straight get to the features, pros and cons :Features :- 2 Wash modes gentle and normal (As expected of all budget semi-automatic washing machines)- Dryer as expected of a semi-automatic machine- Water inlet selector (washer / dryer)- Soak mode available within the timer selectorFeatures missing -- Drain height selector in the washer. This is something I have seen in almost all semi-automatic washing machines (even the 20 year old machines).- Dirt collector net in the washer is missing. But, as a replacement they have a plastic one. I feel the synthetic cloth net has a better utility than the plastic one.- A few other Semi-Automatic machines have a third washing mode also viz. Heavy/Dirty. But, that is missing here.Pros :- Very good drum rotation speed.- Very good quality of buttons, switches and rotators.- Very good color with simple yet elegant design.- Dryer is relatively quieter and with lesser vibrations.- Machine is very light weight and can be lifted by 1 average person.Cons (This is where is decided to give 4 stars and not 5):- The quality of the inlet and drain pipe is very cheap. They are very flimsy and I fear that they will get cut very soon.- The length of the drain pipe is not as long as I expected it to be.Recommendation :Go for it. It is very easy on pocket and has very good results.

Am giving feedback after years of usage... Purchased some 3 yrs back... Still it is working.. used by mother... She felt happy.... Easy to operate...

Received on 24 SEP 2018...-Build quality is good compared to other washing machines in the same price range like Intex & MarQ.- working good for the last two days.- the plastic is of high quality.- the buzzer sound is good-only complain is that there are no wheels on the machine and secondly while calling to customer care no one is picking call and no reply.... Therefore I m worried about after sales service...Overall product is good till now... But not happy with the customer service.

I am revising my product review. I had previously given it five stars- but I guess I had rated it too soon.I bought this machine on 16 October 2017 and found it to be fine. In fact, after the demo (which was nothing because the guy refused to attach the water inlet pipe with the tap) I even used it one time to wash clothes.But since I travel often and don't wash clothes that regularly, I did not use a second time until yesterday when to my horror I realized that it has many faults. The timer for washing does not go beyond ten minutes- you can turn the knob but the machine doesn't work. The knob for wash/ spin is faulty too- it is so stiff that when I applied pressure to it to change the setting, it just came out. It's very hard to change the setting. And even then, it does not get set to wash properly so that when I use the spin, somehow the water reaches on that tub as well.I am highly disappointed with this thing. It's barely two months that I bought it and it was only the second time that I used it- how can such major problems crop up in such a less time?

It's a miracle stuff for small familes 2-4 and for bachelor's.It perfectly does it's work no issues at all...yes a vibration while spinning but still ok @ price. Nothing much can be better expected @price ...I recommend to buy it without even thinking twice...good enough

Wash mode is very good, spin is extremely good. Dries clothes better than automatic washing machine of other brands. Has quick wash-spin cycle. Very useful for small family of 3-4 members and bachelor's. Value for money. Don't think just buy! you won't regret it

Certainly a good product and Amazon certainly lived upto its mark of Customer Satisfaction!!!I am wondering on whether the manufacturer is making a fool of people by selling faulty products. I have been constantly facing problems with this and I am sick of it now. Provide me with a customer care number and get this treated asap.
