Perfect Pokémon for hands free catching spinning PokéStops while driving.STOP WORKING LAST MONTH. Lasted 4 months. None of the troubleshooting has worked just won’t stay connected or half the time turn on after pushing the button. It’s like jumping thur hoops just to return it!!!!!!

Was worried at first because they sent stuff saying it may not work with the new update. Got it out plugged it in to charge and then proceeded to pair it. Paired easily. And dinged right away that I had caught something. Then again... And again. Works great!!!

Product arrived quickly and worked great, for 5 days. After using the auto catcher for several hours in the morning I went to use it later in the afternoon only to discover that the auto catcher was not in it's wristband any longer. I tried to find the auto catcher, but was on vacation and in a crowded location. When I returned home I contacted Mcbazel about the issue. Their initial response was positive and timely and asked for the order number to been working on a replacement. The response was by an AI agent, but said I would get a human agent if I replied to the email. I sent them the order number and received another quick response. Unfortunately the response was not good at all. They are refusing to honor their warranty due to "my negligence". I'm not sure what I could have done any different with a product that was brand new and only used for 5 days. I've had similar auto catchers with bands like this in the past, and while I've had problems with them, I have never had them come out of the wristband on their own. I did buy the 2 year warranty with Asurion, hopefully they will be willing to help me out. I would not buy anything from this company again.

My niece and nephew love it. Although in the beginning the settings weren't quite working properly but it evetything is fine now.

I LOVE this thing!! It brings a whole new element to the game! I could never catch and spin what my gotcha does. Is it sometimes a pain to connect? Majorly. Do I wish it used more than the red pokeballs? Yeah. Does it have a high flee rate? Oh yeah!! Does the usefulness of using it when I want to be lazy, the new platinum medals I now have, the ever-increasing stardust and the surprise shinies out weigh those things? Without a doubt!! I'm so glad to have it! I do recommend getting something besides the bracelet to hold it though (one alternative is pictured) as mine popped out of the bracelet on day 3 and it's wayyy too small to have to look for all the time.

I liked this for making my game so much easier. It does take a bit to figure out, but once you do it works. The problem? You need to be careful it doesnt slip out of the watch. That was how I lost the gotcha. Very upset as it happen to me twice already. I'm walking and next think i know i look at the watch band, the gotcha somehow slipped out and i have no idea where it is. The warrenty also doesnt cover missing items.
