Q: These used to be sold in pairs. Is this price for two?

Hi there, I'm afraid it's just for the one light x

Q: does it fit on a road bike?

I have just received two of these and although strictly speaking it is correct to say they will 'fit' onto the spokes of a road bike, if you have a more modern wheelset with fewer spokes (mine are 20 front/24 back) these are not designed to work with that sort of spoke arrangement. The 'arms' of the light are designed to fit up against two neighbouring spokes to secure it in a flat position so that it does not rotate. But my spokes are too far away from each other and the light is not secure. I am concerned that it will swivel round as I am barreling down a hill and act like a stick being chucked in my wheel. I am going to try and rig something up with cable ties to hold it in place, but be careful when ordering.
