Sizing is accurate, does not stretch
Ended up sending it back for a full refund. The only two sizes available were M and L, so we bought the Large, even though the sizing said it would be small. My husband’s thigh is 19” and it was too tight. It doesn’t stretch much either. An XL would’ve probably been a better fit.

Great and soft material
Urakn Sports Neoprene Sleeve Black, I honestly wanted to give five stars to this product, really difficult to find an item with a quality and support that it provides. Fits perfectly to my leg and it absorbs heat to assure a comfortable experience. Definitely would buy more products of this company. Hope this review helps, thanks.

If your shirt legged it may be to long for your thigh. Check measurements.
Used for sciatica thigh pain from back problems. Sorry but wasn't comfortable for me at all. Seem a little to long for my thigh and it rubbed at the top of my thigh that really made it very uncomfortable. Material was nice and soft o I did give the material quality a 4 star rating.

I’m giving this a 3 star because I just got mine in the mail today. Opened it up I was disappointed to see 2 not 2 in the package. I realize nothing said 2 or pair. I assumed most people have 2 legs you get 2. So when you purchase this be aware you need to buy 2 or alternate your legs when you work out. I will be buying another 1.

The sleeve help with compressing my hamstring. You need to order a size larger than you think you need. Really helpful.
