Very easy to use. It

These were recommended to me by my doctor because I had low blood level of B12 vitamin. I took one per day for a few months and now my level is well within normal range, so very effective. They taste like candy. The price is kind of high compared to other options, but I liked this slow dissolving kind more than pills to swallow.

This has helped me regain my energy through chemotherapy and beyond.
