I use this as my work from home chair which is comfortable. The head pillow is not very helpful as it won’t stay at a certain level. For example, it stays at my shoulder level instead of neck level, there’s no way to tighten or adjust this. The chair is also very heavy! (More than I expected)

Really solid chair for 6 months and the leg support is brilliant. But now the up/down support is going and I seem to be slowly dropping whenever I use it. The leather has started peeling off the arms too.

My granddaughter loves it.

I bought this chair because I’m on the bigger side. It boasted about its “state of the art tertiary cylinders and robust mechanisms” which could load up to 200kg (I’m big but not that big). Well after owning the chair for less than two months that “robust mechanism” has already broken. The support rest feels like it’s gonna snap when I use it so I don’t, the lumbar pillow is constantly falling off as there is no way to attach it to the chair and the arm rest isn’t adjustable so if you don’t have long arms it’s desperately uncomfortable. It looks great and was easy enough to assemble especially for the cost. But the fact the mechanism that pumps the chair up has already broken is extremely disappointing.

Why did you choose this product over others?: My son has one of your gaming desks over 2 yrs ago in black & more than happy with his new chair for his birthday on 3rd July 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
