Sturdy and worth it
Sturdy and easy to assembly (takes time so be patient, leave thing lose as you assembly for adjustments). Started with a G920 for American truck sim then switched to a Hori wheel, everything lined right up on both with the pre drilled holes. Very happy with this and doesn't take up space like a fully assembly racing seat.

Works great with Logitech g923, but just good with Fanatec CSL DD
I've used this with both the Logitech g923 and the Fanatec CSL DD. For the former, it works great, especially if you have a chair that is stable enough to press into its back (when braking hard). This becomes a requirement when using load cell brakes (e.g. CSL Elite v2) and CSL DD, because most (all?) load cell brakes require a lot more force, which means that if you have a computer chair whose back you can't lock, then it will be difficult to be consistent with braking. When using this CSL equipment, the GT Omega Classic still holds up, but does not stay completely stable: under strong FFB (force feedback) with the direct drive 8nm base, it shakes around a bit. Not enough to impact racing, but enough to be annoying. I suspect it would do fine with a 5nm wheelbase. So it's still a great value, but if you want something more stable for 8nm+, my understanding is the slightly more expensive GT Omega Apex is a more stable choice for not much more money. As for folding up, it's possible -- if you know you will only race on weekends, then it's very doable. But if you race every other day, it will be tiring, because this thing is heavy. Others have noted it's difficult to fold and unfold with only one person, but I found those complaints to be overblown. In my experience, it was not difficult to unscrew the hand-held bolts one at a time and "catch" the wheelbase as it lowers; no help needed.

Sturdy
I decided to take a chance and cheap out on a stand for my moza r12 and it works wonderfully for the price. Pretty simple setup and sturdy enough to handle 12nm imo. I do run two 45 weights behind my rolling chair just for more stability

No regrets!
The GT Omega classic wheel stand is great. It's very sturdy and does not wobble. It fit my sim gear perfectly. It stays put and does not slide across the floor during use. Mine came in pristine condition with no rusted parts. One thing I like about it is the accessories you can get for it. I purchased the ART caster wheels from GT Omega so I can easily move it if need be. Yes, even with the wheels it stays in place. I also plan on getting the XL Gear Shifter Mount when it's back in stock. This stand is not too expensive so I would recommend getting this over cheaper stands. One thing that did annoy me was it didn't come with the four star screws for the base, as you see in the advertising photos.

Solid, stable, and well constructed.
Bought this wheel stand to hold my Logitech G29 race wheel for use with my PS5. Race wheel mounted flawlessly to the stand with the provided hardware. Setup was simple and adjustment for my seating/reach was simple and easy. Stand is constructed of solid materials and wields/seams are solid. Provided hardware and allen wrenches were sturdy. For the price, I was not disappointed. The stand actually surpassed my expectations.

Pretty solid doesn’t feel cheap.
I was skeptical about buying this because I have the Logitech g pro which is 10x stronger than a Logitech g923 but the stand is pretty solid 0 regrets, I also bought the bars at their website to make it even more solid, now I’m thinking to buy the frame to put a real racing seat Lol, for the price you can’t beat it. (Edit:04/02/25) Ok after spending a couple of weeks I start digging into this model and realize I want more, so I saw on their website that you can add the rear frame to put a real racing seat and I was going to pull the trigger until I realize is not worth it because with taxes only for the frame and seat you have to paid $423 and for that price there’s better options to be honest, on top of that for my surprise this model is the old version, they don’t even have it no more at their website, is been replaced for a better and refined model for a couple of bucks more so this made me frustrated because I which I knew this before spending my money on this one, not saying is bad but in my opinion is not worth it, specially if you ended wanting more because usually the people who buy this is because is their first time buying something like this so they don’t have no idea that maybe they will be wanting more, I’m not the only one that had this experience, I saw a post about a guy that said he which he knew better because he started spending more $ adding the seat etc… and like I said at that point is not worth it, but if you just going to use a normal pc chair and don’t want more immersion go for it. In my case I already want triple monitors and everything, I’m really addicted to it.

BEST Value for the $$$
This is by far the BEST stand on the market right now, as of 12/15/2023.PROS:======Build quality is top notch. +1Cost is GREAT, $120 shipped in 2023. +1Comes with desk chair mount to lock your PC desk chair in place. +1Comes with 2 different mounts for your shifter. +1Upgradable to add a stationary racing seat. +1CONS:======- Assembly can be a chore due to inadequate instructions, but if you're mechanically inclined you will overcome this.DO NOT read any other reviews. This is the stand you are looking for if you are just getting started in Sim Racing.
