Blazing Bella Traditional Aged Balsamic Vinegar - Modena Italy Premium Reserve 16.9 fl.oz (500ml)

This is great vinegar. It's so tasty that I'm addicted. I have to be careful though because vinegar isn't good for your teeth. If I didn't have to be careful because of teeth issues, I'd consume this vinegar for every meal and boy do I wish I could. This vinegar goes well with everything from salad to bread, and even on top of fried rice! My favorite flavors are fig and strawberry.

Just thick enough and delicious. Unfortunately I use balsamic several times a day so the price is quite daunting. Other than that, no complaints.

We love the Blazing Bella. It is the best we have found, sweet yet tangy, a wonderful balsamic.

It's very rich, fruity, and thick. You can't use the balsamic vinegar sold on supermarket shelves. anymore once you use this.

Expensive in the short run but not in the long run. It is so rich and tasteful that you can use less of it than the cheap stuff. Or like me, use lots anyway and enjoy the good life. Really, it's that good.

Although it says on Amazon this is 18YO balsamic, nothing on the actual label indicates it really is 18. That said, the quality is good, with the right mix of sweetness and acidity.
