I have just ordered it and it's easy to use and sturdy. Looks good and keep water hot

Non return design to be improved
Flask is good and keeps temperature for 8-12 hours. Design has to be improved.The non return press arrangement stopped working after a week of use.So the seal has broken and temperature may drop because of this.Other wise it is a good product.

I am using the same model for many years
I am already using the same product brand model for 3-4 years and I needed another one of the same model. Good & Recommended product. No Flaws and works well. Retains Hot water for a more than 12=15 hours(I don't know the retaining capacity of cold drinks, as I have not tested)Value for Money

Product fails to deliver
Product fails to deliver its commitment as its cap broke within 15 days of its use.No service station available for repairing. Therefore I give only one star.
