In perfect shape 4 years in
4 years in with a good amount of use in the mud on our small farm and they are still in perfect condition. Comfortable and tough. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Great for wet conditions less than ankle deep.
I live in the temperate rainforest of southeast Alaska, and these are my "everyday" walking shoes. They are comforable enough for all day (with the addition of some arch-support insoles that I use in all my shoes to combat plantar fasciaitis).I like the traction of the aggresive, grippy-rubber soles, the comfort of the neoprene collar around the ankle, the hardcore waterproof construction that allows me to walk through puddles and shallow mud or snow without worry, and the slip-on style that makes it easy to kick them off or slip them on when I enter or leave the house. Almost nobody wears shoes in their house here because people's shoes are almost always wet and/or muddy due to the near- constant rain. These shoes make it easy to deal with that.I don't wear these shoes when I'm hiking off-trail or trudging through snow, when I need higher-top or warmer boots. These aren't suitable for running, either. But they excel in wet conditions where you don't expect to go in over your ankles. That's most of the time around here for me so these are my shoes of choice most days. They last me just about one year per pair the way I use them. The failure point has been near the ball of my foot, where the big toe meets the foot. The rubber develops lots of small cracks there after flexing with each step.Let me know if you found anything in my review helpful.

Best Muck Shoes
I am a farmer and wear muck shoes all the time. I got these on sale and was concerned about the red stripe. However there was no red stripe so they look normal. I want to rave about how comfortable they are - I normally take out the insoles and put in Dr Sholes athletic support insoles. Not even needed! The insole that comes with these is very thick and supportive. The Cushioning and support in these shoes rival tennis shoes and are more comfortable than a 5 star rating can describe. They are easy to don and doff and have great grip as well as a nice heel. They currently beat out my other much shoes around the garden spaces and farm. There is a pro and con to the tread, the tread is deep and so it gives great traction but an track in mud. For the Price I was amazed and have been very satisfied.

Good Product but increasing cost hurts value
I bought these boots to wear when walking the dog through puddles in the spring. They are great for that purpose. But I am not sure they are a good value anymore. I purchased mine in March 2020 for $68. Then I purchased a pair for my son-in-law in October 2022 and the cost increased to $75. The boots were larger than the size he normally wears and had to be exchanged. I was able to return them but only received a $60 credit since I purchased too far ahead as a Christmas gift and was "outside the return window". I repurchased in January 2023 but another price increase to $89. Good boots but too expensive now.

Quality Drastically Dropped Off Over The Years
I ordered a pair of these to replace a pair of Bogs Urban Walkers I've worn for over four years. Before I owned the Urban Walkers, I wore a pair of Bogs Carson Boots since 2012 for casual use and have worn a pair of their Forge Steel Toe Boots for work since 2015.As soon as I took the Sauvies out of the box to try on, I used the heel strap to pull the shoe over my foot, and the strap immediately ripped off. I dismissed this as a defective product and ordered a replacement. To my disappointment, the straps immediately ripped off the left and right boot on the replacement pair! This is very unlikely any sort of misuse, as I used the straps in the exact same way as I did with my Urban Walkers hundreds, if not thousands of times. Additionally, the boots are worthless as a slip on without the strap. This is thoroughly unacceptable, disappointing, and a waste of my time. I was very happy with Bogs’ product over the last nine years, recommended their product to dozens of people, and was looking forward to buying and using them for years to come. In hindsight, I should have read the other one-and two-star reviews for this product.

Pure indulgence
I love these shoes, but they don't last really long. I have permanent athletes foot and need to keep my feet dry. I live where we get 140 inches of rain a year. These shoes fit snuggly but perfectly and don't let a drop of water get in. Best waterproof shoe ever. Very comfortable. They crack after a while. I wore them most days all day for 9 months before they cracked, and to me they were worth every penny I paid. You may not be willing to spend $90 for a shoe that doesn't last a year, but to me they are an indulgence and I'm worth it. BTW, I still use them with the cracks and I don't seem to get my feet wet.

Bog waterproof shoe serves my purpose
I've worn this Bog waterproof shoe for the past 2 weeks while working in and watering our lawn, trimming shrubbery, and working in and watering our vegetable garden. The shoe is comfortable and gives me the support I was looking for in a waterproof garden shoe, and it's easy to slip into and out of without having to bend over. So far, I'm very satisfied with this Bog shoe.
