Great product for my desktop speaker needs
I work at home and have a need for desktop speakers that have their own volume control (check) and are either bluetooth or can be bluetooth enabled (check). and this hits the spot. I use along with AUKEY Bluetooth Receiver (see separate review). I connect my phone via the bluetooth receiver and stream music and also take my calls wirelessly during the day. The fact that the Computer Speaker/Monitor Stand has its own volume control allows me to not be a slave to the volume of the phone/audio, which can sometimes go from high to low to everything in between. The bluetooth adapter works as a speaker phone, which is great. I work with 2 monitors, and this decreases clutter from having 2 separate speakers. I looked for weeks for the perfect office speakers -- stand alone speakers (couldn't do the bluetooth speaker thing for some reason). Sound bars (sound was AWFUL). Bluetooth speakers (had to be plugged in, sound was tinny, took up space) and I finally came across this. It takes up much room as the monitor stand I used before did, so nothing lost there, I can use the bluetooth adapter as a bluetooth and speaker function, have a separate volume control, and great audio. That's all a girl needs Great job!

Perfect computer speakers
I decided to upgrade my computer desk and everything on it. I had been looking at monitor platforms and speakers and came across this 2 in 1. Despite the bad reviews, I gave it a try because it's exactly what I wanted and there are no other ones that are a monitor and speakers. Setting it up with quick and straightforward. The sound quality is great considering it's size. Will this replace a stereo system? Probably not, but it's loud and clear enough. I can hear the music from the next room. The main selling point for me is that it has ports for me to hook up my gaming headphones (mic and headphone port next to each other). That means I can easily connect to discord or whatever and use my headphones to chat. I registered the product with the website for an extended warranty. Hopefully I won't need to use it though it's there if I do. I'm glad I ignored the bad reviews on this one. Very satisfied.

Cheap, and no other speaker has this design
I bought this speaker because I don't have room for regular speakers inside my hutch, all the space is taken up by my monitor. This design is wonderful and I'd love to see a higher-end model in the same case, especially since it seems this is a one-of-a-kind design. This unit does not put out much volume, but the sound is fine. If you're going to be within 10 feet of your computer, this should be fine for you. If you need something loud you'll need to look elsewhere. The bass works but, again, it doesn't get very loud. You can clearly tell when your subwoofer is on and when it is off, though. Several reviews have knocked this unit for the build quality, but I think the case is solid, especially since you won't be moving it around after you set it up. It looks good, inconspicuous, just like a black riser under your monitor unless you look at it closely. I think for $40ish, this speaker is of adequate material quality.

Bass & Sound
I am using this product for my own personal use. I like bass & this product doesn't have a very good quality bass sound. Its a great item. It doesn't go to loud and the bass isn't exactly the best but it serves the purpose. The speakers are just not of good quality. I have bought cheaper speakers with bass that's better quality & sound. The high riser in this product is a plus.

More power would make it perfect
Edited 7/12/19. 5 stars with tweaks! I managed to get better sound out of this by plugging it into the rear audio jack that I installed in my computer. The sound is much louder than before. Also, if you go into the speaker settings/advanced/default format, change the quality to 16bit 48000mhz (DVD Quality). I did and it made all the difference! You can also play around with the enhancement tab and get some good results as well. I recently built a small Asrock Deskmini A300 and needed speakers. This fit my needs perfectly. I have a nice clean setup, with minimal clutter. The speakers sound better than I thought they would. The base is more a midrange, but it’s clear, with a slight punch. The only way to make it sound right is to turn it all the way to base on the speaker. I just wish the unit had a bit more power. USB -C or 3.1 might give it enough power to drive larger speakers. Maybe next version? I would buy it again.

Terrible Audio Ports in Front
Bought this strictly for the convenience of saving desk space by omitting separate speakers as well as cleaning up cable clutter, but mostly so I could have easy access to audio ports. The quality of the cable is pointless as several tested wired headphones and various 2-pin .78mm cables for IEMs all deliver a whiny background static, with muffled audio when something is being played. It's not possible to fully insert 3.5mm cables into these ports as there seems to be some give where it can be inserted further when pressed in further; you can hear slightly better quality audio. If you release the plugged in cable it will pop out slightly, returning the background static and muffled audio. Disconnecting the headphone jack from the GOgroove to my PC, and testing the aforementioned cables with a direct connection delivers the crisp, clean and clear audio with no static I was expecting from the GOgroove's front ports. I can't speak much to the quality of the speakers themselves as they're already better than the speakers built into my monitor and I have the real estate to deal with a speaker-system setup. That being said, I am very disappointed as this product seems to be only one of its kind that combines 2.1ch speakers into a monitor riser with front access audio port, except that the latter is virtually unusable. If you don't care about those ports and can live with subpar audio speakers, by all means go for it.

I was not expecting much, just wanting a speaker to place my laptop on to better its internal speakers. It sure has. The build quality is cheap but certainly not the sound quality for its price! What a surprise. My first test is a bass frequency sweep for any speaker. 35Hz bass tone can be heard, at low level, then 40Hz much stronger. The 100Hz bass response on the packaging is very conservative (honesty at last with speakers specifications). The sound is very clear and true in the midrange, with good upper bass punch. The cabinet is front bass-reflex loaded which helps to fleshen out the sound. For sure, it is not a studio monitor, but it gets the basics right, which is what any loudspeaker should do. It puts many of these cheap Bluetooth speakers to shame for the price of £25. Note, the bass is not boomy, but tuned to be clean, as it should be. Highly recommended.

This thing was defective, front speakers not worked, only bass. Customer service was very unhelpful. I loved as an idea of this product, it was looking very good on my table, but the point is that it never worked...

Sound is perfect for pop music, videos and zoom calls. Although small, the subwoofer does make a difference. The compact nature of these speakers is a plus to unclutter my desk.

Non si può pretendere un miracolo a quel prezzo, ma suona alla grande, se adeguatamente equalizzata dalle impostazioni del PC. Il sub fa bene il suo lavoro ed è piacevole da ascoltare a basso volume.
