Excellent foot massager! Everyone else is correct the air intensity on high is way too much but the medium settings are amazing!! Both myself and my husband can use it so it does work for men’s size feet as well. Feet feel amazing after and it really helps with the pain of plantar fasciitis.

What a great product. It hits all the right places for a foot massager. Anyone with feet would enjoy the pain relief and soothing massage. Best gift I’ve bought myself in years.

The massager works great and is easy to use. The only disappointment was the heat. It does not get very hot. So if heat is important to you I would not buy this massager.

It was great while it worked, but sadly in only lasted about 8 months. At first it started turning itself on spontaneously at times, then it wouldn’t turn off. The only way to get it to stop running was to unplug it. Shortly after those issues began, the heater stopped warming and the squeezing effect stopped working. The rollers still kneaded, but the inflating sleeve that squeezes your feet stopped squeezing. Just today, as I sat down to write this review and take some video, I realized that the kneading rollers no longer work either. The lights turn on, but nothing happens. Should have lasted longer than eight months, especially given the limited use we got out of it. I will say that we loved it when it worked. It’s very relaxing and almost as nice as a foot massage from human hands, but the short lifespan was a huge disappointment. EDIT: ------- After reaching out to Renpho about this issue, expecting that they would offer to replace it since it failed well within their warranty window (as stated on their website), I was instead met with an offer to refund me for half since in their words, I "did get almost 11 months of use out of it". I'm shocked and appalled. This is not how a warranty program is meant to work. Clearly they are trying to squeeze a little more money out of me for their faulty product rather than standing behind their product. As it stands, I will not be buying any more products from this company, and will strongly urge anyone to do the same. During the time ours did work, we had four separate friends and family members enjoy it so much that they all bought their own. I will now be informing all of them about our disappointing experience.

Nice product. The 3 levels of intensity are great. The highest level takes time to get use to. Could be a little warmer, but that's a minor issue

This thing is amazing! My husband got it for me for Christmas and my kids use it now, too! I have been going through chemo and my feet are constantly sore. I have always had sore feet, so this is perfect! The heat isn’t super hot. The compression can get quite strong, but the adjustments make it tolerable for everyone!

Je travaille toute la semaine en escarpins (type hôtesse de l'air) car je travaille dans un palace ou marcher est constant . le week-end, je cours environ 20 km. Je raffole de la réflexologie plantaire mais je trouve que ce n'est pas pratique car il faut prendre rdv et cela dure environs 30 mn. Cet appareil, qui est certes un peu bruyant (comme un ronronnement) remplit toutes mes exigences : le niveau fort est très efficace et même quelques heures après, je sens que toute ma circulation sanguine a été réactivée car je sens les effets dans mes pieds et mes jambes longtemps après ) Après une longue journée, je me sens tellement détendue et relaxée que je m'endors bien mieux et je sens même un effet plus bé,bénéfique sur mes organes (digestion, circulation). J'ai même eu ma sensation d'avoir les jambes plus légères, voire même de courir plus vite (mais ça, je ne sais pas si cela a un rapport). Je l'ai reçu LUNDI et depuis, je m'accorde entre 15 mn ou 30 mn CHAQUE JOUR, Je crois ne plus pouvoir m'en passer !! Cet hiver, je rajouterai l'option chauffage.

Het voetmassageapparaat werkt goed. Alleen is de luchtcompressie op stand twee niet sterk genoeg, je voelt het bijna niet, en op stand drie te sterk. Daarom twee sterren minder.

The day my massager arrived, I used it and was blown away by the strength of the massage. For my poor, planter faciitus-riddled feet, it was magical, sweet relief! So imagine my absolute horror when I plugged it in the following day (Saturday) and it failed to switch on. So I sent Renpho a message via Amazon for help. Their automated weekend response said they only operate Mon-Fri, so I waited for Monday evening (accounting for the time difference). They were apologetic and requested an explanation of the fault and a video to illustrate it which I sent off straight away. I received my replacement massager (sent via Amazon) within the week. I am SO impressed by Renpho's customer service. I accept that things go wrong with technology - sometimes dud machines come out of the factory or get inadvertently damaged in transit. Renpho handled the problem like complete pros and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their products. As to the actual foot massager.... The heat is gradual, which suits me as it's summer and my feet are hot anyway. I now turn the heat off. But I am looking forward to having that warmth in winter. There is a 15 minute and 30 minute cycle. Initially the 15 minutes was plenty even on low settings. This massager is strong and it takes a little getting used to. But I've gradually moved through the settings and on to the longer 30 minute cycle which is wonderful after a long day on my feet. The controls are easy to use and understand. If the massage is too strong or too warm, you can easily change the settings mid-massage. A huge thank-you to Renpho for replacing the problem machine with such speed and professionalism.
